It was good to be able to show the Warriors of PIE the art of the q-synic kick start, its unfortunate that not enough players share easy information like that with the community. PIE now has the ability to kick AFW anytime it needs, There community have managed to rebuild from the problems of the past. Areo has done a lot, and others like Tuna and logistics-chan have made me feel more than welcome as an outlander and pure State loyalist. Its returning to its former glory and so it should thanks to there hard work.
Nelo Kazuma can help improve any force in New Eden Dust side, he's considered an extremely highly valued asset of the State, he has also taught me a great deal, as well as others in the State. I know the Amarr loyalists are a proud people and wish to continue building PIE ground control themselves but having someone like Nelo in your channel for a week will double your operational effectiveness.
Having Nelo come in as simply an advisor would be extremely beneficial to your continual success. Either way i hope PIE continues to prosper as a community and a force to be reckoned with.

Unsure, I like to colour outside the lines, pubs are essential for earning isk needed to put towards LP gear, we run both pubs and FW at most Cal channels, to be honest a skirmish is the best place to test a team out without losing a district to the opposition, having a chat channel that only squads up for FW would be hard to set off everyday, having one that has already got a few squads running pubs just wait at the end of matches to prep a que has more battle experience even after only one skirmish together. To be quite honest I would say the people with the problem of forming squads of players and running them through pubs just even to test tactics and roles may have been the first thing I would of removed from the channel. Information, structure, discipline and unity are key factors but those who fail to understand the needs of a factions community therefore fail there Faction.

After careful consideration, PIE has really gotten to were it needs to be to grow, Areo has already sown the seed and after being a member of State Task Force to be honest I think keeping Caldari away from PIE will allow PIE to florish without others claiming someone else made it possible. STF needs to concentrate on itself as do other FW channels.

I plan on playing afw as do many of stf. We in no way plan on telling em how to run their channel just assist if asked. If your but hurt about being removed from stf so bad that you feel the need to come to forums to express your discontent sorry to say it falls on deaf ears and only furthers reason for your removal.

Np Aero, as for being part of STF apparently I'm no longer welcome as well as banned so anything I did would no longer fall under 'doing it as part of STF' , as Nelo states in his mail 'I was wronged' by this but hey that's life I guess, Anyway as one door opens as they say, to the rest of STF who have watched over me its been great fun, I hope it all works out and seriously no hard feelings, its just a video game in the end.
